4 Hour Session

Cancellation Policy

By booking a session, you agree to the following: 1. Conduct: No weapons or firearms of any kind are permitted. No drugs or alcohol are allowed on the premises. 2. Deposits & Cancellations: All sessions require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Deposits may be transferred one time only if rescheduled before the 48-hour cutoff and must be rebooked within 7 calendar days of the original session. Late cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the deposit. 3. Session Timing: Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. Late arrival does not extend session time. Additional time may be available at $90/hr, subject to availability and engineer discretion. 4. Guests: Limit of 2 non-participating guests per session unless otherwise agreed upon in advance. 5. Breaks: The engineer reserves the right to take one brief 10-minute break every 2 hours. This does not extend session time. 6. Equipment & Liability: Clients are responsible for any damage to studio equipment, property, or facilities caused by themselves or their guests. The studio reserves the right to charge for any necessary repairs or replacements resulting from such damage. 7. Refund Policy: All payments are non-refundable. This includes deposits, completed sessions, mix/master and production services, and any unused or remaining time from sessions or session packages. 8. Deliverables: Upon full payment of all outstanding balances, Before & Again Studios will provide the Client with the raw, consolidated audio trackouts in standard WAV format, upon request. Before & Again Studios retains sole ownership and possession of all proprietary digital audio workstation (DAW) session files, including but not limited to pro tools files (PTX), plugin settings, and routing configurations. Under no circumstance will Before & Again Studios provide project files/Pro Tools sessions.
